Program Itinerary

The Semester in Barcelona study abroad program includes excursions to cities near Barcelona and an overnight trip to Spain's capital, Madrid. In addition to the organized trips, we also spend time integrating with local cultural events in Barcelona.

Selected courses include co-curricular travel and thus the exact itinerary of an individual student will vary.

Barcelona, Madrid, Tarragona, Figueres and the North Coast.

Excursion 1: Barcelona
Duration: 1/2 day

Excursion 2: Tarragona or Figueres
Duration: 1 day

Excursion 3: Montserrat
Duration: 1 day

Excursion 4: Madrid or other important city in Spain (Sevilla or Granada, or Bilbao)
Duration: 2-3 days
